This policy covers lsatdisabilityevals.com and its consultation-booking flow, operated by BGA Psychology, also identified as Bryce Gibbs PhD & Associates. It describes this website's practices. Clinical services involve separate informed consent and patient privacy notices. Reading this policy or booking a call is not an authorization to disclose protected health information for advertising.
What this website collects
- Booking details: name, email, telephone number, appointment selection, and anything you choose to enter in the scheduling form. Booking creates a contact and consultation record in our scheduling system.
- Website and device information: hosting, scheduling, and measurement services may receive IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited, timestamps, referral information, and cookie or advertising identifiers.
- Advertising attribution: permitted campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be carried into scheduling and used to understand where inquiries originate.
The consultation is free. This website does not take card payments, administer psychological tests, or provide a clinical-record upload portal. Please keep booking notes limited to scheduling. Do not enter diagnoses, test results, medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment information. Ask us for an appropriate secure way to provide clinical material.
How information is used and shared
We use booking information to arrange your consultation, call you, send appointment communications, route the inquiry to our team, and manage consultation availability. Website information helps operate and secure the site and measure advertising and booking activity.
The embedded calendar is provided through Success Headway, using the booking domain form.brycegibbsphd.com. The public website is delivered through Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure; some images load from Webflow's content network. These providers receive information needed to deliver their respective services. A service provider's own privacy terms may also apply to its processing.
Our website code does not send booking answers, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, assessment responses, or reports to Google. We do not sell consultation information for money or provide your booking answers for third-party marketing. Information may be disclosed as required or permitted by applicable law, with appropriate authorization when required. This policy does not waive health-record confidentiality or authorize unrestricted disclosures.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
The landing page uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement. After a qualifying completed booking, the site sends a booking event. Google can receive the page address, event, advertising click identifiers, browser and device information, and identifiers associated with its cookies. These data should not be assumed to be anonymous simply because your name and booking answers are omitted.
Enhanced conversions, Google signals, and advertising personalization signals are disabled in this site's configuration. This does not turn off ordinary measurement cookies or make Google Analytics a clinical-record system. Your measurement choice
You can turn off this site's optional Google measurement for future page loads in this browser. Booking remains available. Your choice does not delete previously collected information or change the scheduling provider's essential processing. Apply the choice in each browser you use; clearing site storage may reset it. We also honor a browser's Global Privacy Control signal by disabling this site's optional Google measurement.

Cookies, storage, and communications
A short-lived browser session marker distinguishes the booking flow from a direct visit to the confirmation page and may retain campaign identifiers for up to two hours of booking eligibility. It contains no booking answers. A browser preference stores your measurement choice. Google and the scheduling service may set their own cookies or similar storage. Your browser lets you inspect, restrict, or remove them; some restrictions may affect scheduling or attribution.
Appointment emails and the requested telephone call are scheduling communications. Booking is not consent to unrelated promotional calls or texts. Contact us to change your preferred communication method. Standard email and voicemail may be accessible to others using your account or device. Use the contact details below to arrange confidential communications; do not email clinical records without first arranging an appropriate method.
Health information and your rights
Protected health information is subject to applicable Texas confidentiality and medical-record privacy requirements, including Health and Safety Code Chapters 181 and 611, and applicable federal requirements. Health information may be transmitted electronically for authorized care, payment, administrative services, or other lawful purposes. Separate authorization is obtained when required; a website privacy notice is not that authorization.
You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, confidential communications, or a restriction on its use or disclosure. The right and any exceptions depend on the information and applicable law. We may verify identity and authority before releasing records. Clinical records and protected test materials have specific access and retention rules; a request to delete website information does not necessarily permit deletion of a clinical record. Information is retained for the purposes described here and as required for clinical records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Providers' cookies and logs have their own retention settings. No fixed retention period for every category is promised by this website policy. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for their work. Internet communications carry security risks; no website can guarantee absolute security.
