BEFORE YOU BOOK

Terms and conditions

These terms describe use of lsatdisabilityevals.com and the focused LSAT evaluation offer from BGA Psychology, also identified as Bryce Gibbs PhD & Associates. A separate clinical agreement and informed consent govern any purchased evaluation. These website terms do not replace those documents or reduce rights provided by law.

Your free consultation

The initial consultation is a free, 20-minute telephone appointment with an assessment specialist from our team. We call the number you provide from 512-368-8609. No card or payment is required to book, and there is no obligation to buy an assessment. The calendar displays available times and its selected time zone. Available dates and times are shown in the booking calendar and may change as appointments are booked or staff availability is updated.

The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your needs, timeline, and assessment options. It does not by itself provide a completed evaluation, diagnosis, report, or accommodation decision. Booking alone does not establish an ongoing treatment relationship. Any clinical services require the psychologist's acceptance, appropriate consent, and legal authority to provide the service.

The focused evaluation starts at $999

The focused evaluation includes a clinical interview, assessment measures selected for your circumstances, a brief report, and a Qualified Professional form reflecting the findings. Our assessment team explains the scope and total price before you purchase. A particular test battery, diagnosis, or recommendation is not promised solely by the advertised price.

If a different or broader evaluation is recommended, you will receive an explanation of the scope and price and choose whether to proceed. A focused LSAT evaluation should not be assumed to meet every school, licensing examination, MPRE, bar examination, or other organization's documentation requirements. Additional testing or documentation is not automatically included.

Payment is arranged separately after consultation. The applicable payment schedule, cancellation terms, and refund terms must be provided before purchase in the service agreement. This website does not impose an automatic charge, a subscription, or a nonrefundable deposit merely because you book a free call. Read your right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

Reports, deadlines, and expedited service

Advertised standard delivery is 2 to 4 days after your assessment and all required clinical information are complete. Expedited delivery is 24 to 48 hours for an additional $400, when available and confirmed before purchase. The clock does not begin when you book the consultation or make a payment. Our team will confirm the expected completion date and explain any missing information or clinical issue identified by your evaluating clinician that affects it.

Provide accurate information about your examination and submission deadlines. You are responsible for confirming the testing organization's current requirements and submitting your application and supporting material unless we expressly agree otherwise. A report delivery estimate is not a promise that an outside organization will process or approve an application by your deadline.

Professional judgment and independent decisions

Assessment findings determine diagnoses and recommendations. An evaluation may or may not support a particular diagnosis or requested accommodation. BGA Psychology is independent of LSAC and is not endorsed by or affiliated with LSAC. LSAC and other reviewing organizations make their own accommodation decisions. No score, accommodation, extra-time percentage, or appeal result is guaranteed. LSAT and LSAC names identify the relevant examination and organization.

Texas licensure, PSYPACT, and your location

Services are offered only where the evaluating psychologist is legally authorized to practice. Tell us where you will be physically located during a clinical service, including if you travel. A mailing address or school location alone does not establish eligibility.

For telepsychology provided under PSYPACT, the psychologist must hold the required current authorization and be physically located in the declared home state, and the client must be in a participating state or jurisdiction. Separate licensure or another lawful authority may apply elsewhere. PSYPACT does not mean unrestricted nationwide practice or approval of every remote assessment method.

Before an evaluation, we confirm applicable practice authority, whether remote assessment is appropriate, the limits of confidentiality, and informed consent. Follow assessment instructions, including identity, environment, technology, and any supervision or proctoring requirements. Do not obtain outside help on assessments or record or distribute protected test material without permission.

Changing an appointment and communicating with us

Use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your confirmation email, when available, or contact intake@bgapsychology.com or 512-368-8609. Let us know promptly if you cannot attend or your telephone number changes. If a technical problem prevents a call, contact us to arrange the next step. A booking confirmation authorizes scheduling communications for the requested appointment, not unrelated marketing.

Website use, privacy, and access

General website content is informational and does not substitute for an individualized professional evaluation. Use the site lawfully, provide accurate booking information, and do not impersonate another person, interfere with availability, or attempt unauthorized access. Site content belongs to BGA Psychology or its licensors; lawful personal use and rights allowed by law are preserved.

The site uses external scheduling, hosting, and measurement services described in the privacy policy. Availability can be affected by those services or your connection. If the calendar is difficult to use, call or email us for scheduling assistance. These terms do not waive professional duties, privacy rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

Urgent needs, applicable law, and changes

This booking page is not monitored as an emergency service. For immediate danger, call 911 or go to an emergency department. Texas law applies to these website terms to the extent permitted, together with mandatory protections and practice requirements applicable where services are provided. Nothing here prevents a complaint to a licensing authority or restricts a right that applicable law protects.

Updates apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Changes to an already agreed evaluation require appropriate notice and agreement. Questions may be directed to BGA Psychology at intake@bgapsychology.com or 512-368-8609.
